you can tell right away that they aren't paying attention, they're not really serious, and that we shouldn't waste time listening to them.

It would be nice if some people had to carry around a flashlight, to let everyone know they weren't really paying attention, that they weren't really serious. That way we wouldn't have to waste time listening to them. And if we had some way to identify them on the internets, that would be helpful.
