To repeal the provision of the public employer health insurance pooling plan (<a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-SB-418">Public Act 106 of 2007</a>) passed as part of the 2007-2008 budget and tax increase deal that required requires public employers, including school districts, to get four competitive bids when purchasing employee health insurance.
