Revise small town liquor license quota law

To revise a law that allows the Liquor Control Commission to grant an on-premises liquor license to a municipal civic center or auditorium in a community of at least 9,500 without this counting this against the area’s license “quota.” The bill would lower than population threshold to 5,500.
