Streamline licensure for new doctors in “underserved” area

To revise the licensure law mandates that require prospective physicians to undergo post-graduate “residency” or related requirements as a condition of licensure, if they agree to serve at least two years in a “medically underserved” area, subject to numerous requirements and exceptions specified in the bill.
