Require offering abortifacient drug to sexual assault victims

To require emergency room or urgent care clinics to offer an abortifacient drug (a “morning after pill”) to a victim of sexual assault who is a woman of childbearing age. Also, to require the state to produce “medically accurate” information about these drugs for distribution.
