Introduced in the Senate

Jan. 13, 2016

Introduced by Sen. Patrick Colbeck (R-7)

To establish that a property owner has “exclusive control” of the 300 feet of airspace above a parcel, subject to aviation-related and other restrictions specified in the bill. Owners could grant permission to another person (or their drone) to enter the space above their property, and police could only enter this space with a warrant or under “exigent circumstances.” See Senate Bill 700.
