Revise polling place electioneering ban detail

Introduced

To require local governments to ensure that electioneering that is not otherwise prohibited by state law be allowed in a nondiscriminatory manner on any property used as a polling place, while the polls are open. Under current law electioneering is prohibited within 100 feet of the doors of a polling place, in the room where voting takes place or in a connected “compartment”.
