Require health department inspection of privatized prison kitchens

To remove a prison exemption to the law that requires food service establishments to be inspected by local health departments, if the prison’s kitchen is managed and staffed by a private contractor. Prison kitchens operated by government employees would continue to be exempt from health department inspections.
