To require a state agency that contracts with a vendor for services exceeding $500,000 to require the vendor to turn over its financial, operational, and accounting records related to the contract, and then post these on the agency’s website. This is part of package consisting of House Bills 4700 to 4705 that taken together would erect barriers to privatization of various government operations.
