Revise nursing home Medicaid detail

To revise the rules for Medicaid nursing home reimbursements to grant up to three months of retroactive Medicaid benefits after a current nursing home resident applies, and if the individual’s assets exceeded eligibility limits, allow the person to retroactively reduce their assets by buying a prepaid funeral contract whose value does not exceed specified limits.
