Require disclosures of automated license plate reader use by police

To require local and county law enforcement agencies that use automated license plate readers to file an annual report with the State Police showing the number of plates read each month, the number of stolen vehicles recovered through use of the devices, how long the agency retains information from the devices, and how it disposes of the information.
