Expand government road liability

To expand the law establishing a government agency’s level of responsibility and liability for maintaining a highway so it is “reasonably safe and convenient for public travel.” Under the bill, this would be expanded to include an “obligation to provide and maintain road signage, markings, and traffic control devices and to properly design, construct, and maintain the roadway”.
