To require vendors who want to bid on state service contracts to submit a sworn statement that the vendor is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and allow an agency to cancel the contract if a vendor is in violation of this requirement. This is part of a Democratic privatization restrictions package comprised of House Bills 5889 to 5895.
