Require county criminal record database access limitations

To require counties with more than 1 million residents (Oakland and Wayne) that have a criminal justice or law enforcement information system to adopt the same rules and restrictions on access to and disclosure of these record as the ones required by law for the state’s Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) criminal records database.
