2014 House Bill 5685: Authorize local government drain petitions

Public Act 551 of 2014

  1. Introduced by Rep. Al Pscholka (R) on June 12, 2014, to permit a local government to petition a drain commission for a drain (usually a network of ditches) to remove excess water from lands that traverses more than one county, if it deems this necessary for "public health."
