2014 House Bill 5662: Require state contract bidders disclose if they are public officials
Introduced by Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D) on June 11, 2014 To require all bidders on state contracts to disclose whether they, their spouse, or a relative “to the fourth degree of consanguinity” are public officials.
