2014 House Bill 5647: Repeal unemployment benefits drug test
  1. Introduced by Rep. Ken Goike (R) on June 11, 2014, to repeal the one-year expiration date (sunset) on a 2013 law that makes a person ineligible to collect unemployment benefits if a prospective employer requires a drug test as a condition of a job offer and the individual either refuses to take the test or fails it.
