Expand state drug prescription database sharing

To revise a law that requires doctors and pharmacists to report all schedule 2, 3, 4, and 5 controlled substances they dispense to the state through an electronic reporting system, so as to allow information in the state’s database to be shared with similar prescription monitoring programs in other jurisdictions, if state has entered an information sharing agreement with them.
