2014 House Bill 5603: Expand state drug prescription database sharing
Introduced by Rep. Bill LaVoy (D) on May 27, 2014 To revise a law that requires doctors and pharmacists to report all schedule 2, 3, 4, and 5 controlled substances they dispense to the state through an electronic reporting system, so as to allow information in the state‚Äôs database to be shared with similar prescription monitoring programs in other jurisdictions, if state has entered an information sharing agreement with them.   Official Text and Analysis.
