2014 House Bill 5595: Place "Brass Roots" plaque on Capitol grounds

Martin Howrylak (R) on May 21, 2014, to require a plaque honoring the Second Amendment’s recognition of the right of individuals to keep and bear arms to be placed on the Capitol grounds.
