2014 Senate Bill 930: Repeal (qualified) ban on local anti-mining zones

Rebekah Warren (D) on May 7, 2014 To repeal a state preemption of local zoning ordinances that restrict mining for “valuable natural resources” except where specified “very serious consequences” would result.
