2014 Senate Bill 923: Authorize enforceable children sports liability waivers
  1. Introduced by Sen. Mark Jansen (R) on May 1, 2014, to expand to “camping activities” a law passed in 2011 giving the parent or guardian of a minor who participates in a sports or a recreational activity the right release the organizer, sponsor or property owner in advance from liability for injuries sustained by the minor.
