To appropriate $3 million each to the Intermediate School Districts containing the regular districts to which students were transferred from the fiscally failed Buena Vista and Inkster school districts. These two districts were dissolved under procedures authorized by a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2013-HB-4813">2013 law</a>.
