Repeal transportation-related business subsidy program

To end transportation tax earmarks to the state “Transportation Economic Development Fund,” which is essentially a form of corporate subsidy in which the state pays for transportation infrastructure projects related to a particular investor’s or developer’s new plant or project. The earmarks would continue until money borrowed for past TEDF projects has been repaid.
