2013 House Bill 5049: Revise “veteran’s court” detail

Introduced by Rep. Sam Singh (D) on October 2, 2013 To establish that if a defendant in a “veteran’s treatment” specialty court authorized by a 2012 does not meet the conditions and terms imposed by the court then the record of the proceedings would become a public record.
