2013 House Bill 4872: Revise firearms possession ban details
Introduced by Rep. Vicki Barnett (D) on June 20, 2013 To mandate that if an individual who possesses firearms is ordered by a court to no longer possess them as part of a personal protection order or condition of probation, then the person must either arrange for a law enforcement agency to store the firearms (for which it can charge a fee), sell or transfer them to a licensed dealer, or sell or transfer them to a private party who is not subject to a gun possession ban.   Official Text and Analysis.
