Require political robocall disclosures

To require that automated phone calls (“robocalls”) that relate to a candidate for office or a ballot issue disclose the identity of the person paying for the communication and whether it is authorized by a candidate, with violations a misdemeanor subject to a $500 fine, and up to $1,500 for a third and subsequent conviction.
