2013 Senate Bill 377

Establish “animal abuse registry”

Introduced in the Senate

May 22, 2013

Introduced by Sen. Steve Bieda (D-9)

To require the State Police to maintain an “animal abuse registry” containing the names of individuals who have been convicted of an “animal abuse offense” within the past five years. Like the state’s sex offender registry, people on this one would have to update the registry every time they move.
