Prohibit coercing a woman to have an abortion

To make it a crime to coerce or attempt to coerce a woman into having an abortion. In addition to potential prison for threats of violence or "stalking," the bill authorizes penalties for acts like threatening divorce or other living arrangement changes, threatening to withhold current or promised support, etc.
