Require youth athlete cardiac arrest protocols

To require the Department of Community Health to develop sudden cardiac arrest educational materials, a training program, and protocols for limiting affected young athletes’ participation in athletic programs; and require schools, recreation agencies, leagues, etc. to comply with procedures the department recommends. Among other things, they would have get youth athletes and their parents or guardian to sign an acknowledgement that they have received the relevant education materials.
