Imposing higher utility fees on the people who can least afford it is both economically wrong and morally wrong. As the scripture says, "Claiming to be wise they have become fools." Romans 1:22
It's bad enough that residents have to suffer through rate increases imposed by the MPSC without adding additional taxes. All tax increases should be approved by the voters.
