Revise foster child hearing procedures

To require the supervising agency in a hearing on the future of a child who has or may be placed in foster care to provide all parties and their attorneys with documentation of progress relating to all aspects of the last court-ordered psychiatric or psychological treatment plan, including copies of therapy reports and verification of parenting time, not later than five business days before the hearing.
