Revise government mental health services

To expand the scope and authority of the Medicaid mental illness assistance “recipients rights” offices that local community mental health authorities programs and licensed hospitals are required to have. The bill would mandate new investigatory and response procedures, and appeals processes, on behalf of Medicaid mental health service recipients.
