Revise deer hunting “shotgun only” zone rules

To revise the types of firearms that can be used to hunt deer in the limited firearms area of the lower peninsula, and also establish in statute the limited firearms area (which would be south of the current “shotgun-only” line). South of the line smooth-bore shotguns, pistols firing straight-walled cartridges .35 caliber or above, muzzle-loading rifles and “black powder” (or pyrodex) pistols could be used.
