Declare Michigan-made and used firearms not subject to “interstate commerce” regulation

To establish in state law that a personal firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured commercially or privately in Michigan, and which remains within the borders of Michigan, is not subject to federal law or federal regulation, including registration, adopted by Congress under its authority to regulate interstate commerce.
