“Bad driver tax” repeal and amnesty

To require various state departments to provide educational materials and "effective outreach" to individuals eligible for an amnesty program that would forgive their liability for penalties imposed by a “driver responsibility fee” law. Senate Bill 609 would repeal this law and provide amnesty.
