Revise paternity determination process

To establish a paternity revocation process for a determination for a man deemed be a child’s genetic father solely on the basis of genetic testing, if the genetic tests were inaccurate, or the man's genetic material was not available to the child's mother, or if a man who has DNA identical to the genetic father is the child's father.
