Intercept delinquent child support from casino winnings

To require the state Department of Human Services to develop or contract for an electronically accessible registry containing the names of individuals with unpaid child support balances, and require the Detroit casinos to intercept the winnings of individuals on the list and transmit the money to the state office that disburses court-ordered child support payments.
