Heroin overdose treatment package

To establish that a person who in good faith believes that another individual is suffering a heroin or opioid related overdose and who administers an “opioid antagonist” (such as Naloxone) is not liable in a civil lawsuit for damages. This would not apply to a medical professional administering the drug in a hospital.
