Expand scrap metal sales regulatory regime

To expand the scope of a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2008-HB-6181">2008 law</a> that imposed regulations and record keeping requirements on scrap metal dealers who buy and sell copper, brass, aluminum, bronze, lead, zinc, or nickel. The bill would extend these regulations to ferrous metal (scrap iron) transactions.
