Repeal voter photo ID law by allowing non-photo IDs

To essentially repeal the law requiring an individual to show a photo identification card when voting, and instead allow voting with just a current pay stub, utility bill, bank statement, work or school ID card, welfare “bridge card,” unemployment benefits debit card and more.
