2013 Senate Bill 170: Revise criminal defendant “youthful trainee status”
Introduced by Sen. Bert Johnson (D) on February 7, 2013 To increase from 21 to 26 the age limit on “youthful trainee status” for criminal defendants, which provides a mechanism for not including the offense on the youth’s permanent record.
