2013 Senate Bill 123: Expand local convention facility authorities

Introduced by Sen. Dave Hildenbrand (R) on January 30, 2013 To expand the number of local governments allowed to borrow and spend build or buy convention facilities, and let current convention authorities borrow and spend more to build or buy a second facility.
