2012 Senate Bill 989: Extend “parenting time” restrictions
  1. Introduced by Sen. Hoon-Yung Hopgood (D) on February 29, 2012, to revise the restrictions to granting child custody or “parenting time” to a parent who has been convicted of sex offenses, and ban it altogether if the conviction was for a felony that involved a minor.
