I agree with this law, I think any applicant for welfare shouldn't even buy Dianabol legal steroids or test positive for any kind of drugs. Public health has become finally public and i am very glad to hear that the community is dealing with its problems as it should do.
Brian Wood.............testing an applicant for drugs to "receive" an entitlement paid for buy the taxpayers who are footing the bill is alot different than a person who works and receives his own paycheck to purchase drugs. The taxpayers are not evolved in this expense. Re-Distribution of the Wealth (taxpayers money-entitlements) has to have strings attached unless you have the mindset like Barack Obama.
