2012 Senate Bill 1045: Allow disabled person to carry gun on ORV

John Gleason (D) on March 27, 2012 To allow a disabled person to carry an unloaded firearm in or on an off road vehicle on a state licensed game bird hunting preserve, and shoot game from the vehicle.
