2012 Senate Bill 1045: Allow disabled person to carry gun on ORV

Public Act 246 of 2012

John Gleason (D) on March 27, 2012, to allow a disabled person to carry an unloaded firearm in or on an off road vehicle on a state licensed game bird hunting preserve, and shoot game from the vehicle. A state ORV helmet would not apply if the ORV is held below 10 miles per hour.
