Lots of questions about this bill:

Since the Agenda 21 document is so large that you could "trace" almost any policy back to it, how would this be enforced?

Popular TV personality Glen Beck, for example, says that when a city constructs a bike path, then they are following through with Agenda 21. So if he's correct, then the state of Michigan could ban cities from adding bike paths?

Which state department would be responsible for implementing this and how much would it cost us taxpayers?

Is another level of state government really necessary to prevent a town from being taken over by the United Nations?

Why would an alleged conservative republican introduce a bill that would essentially strip cities from local control, undermine home rule, and allow the state to dictate what cities and small towns across Michigan can and cannot do?

Is this an attempt to "protect cities from themselves?" If so, then the Rep who introduced the bill needs to justify why a city cannot protect itself. If it's not, then why is the bill necessary?

This legislation needs to be passed quickly and with a veto proof majority as we know Gov. Snyder will probably side with the radical environmentalist, "save the whale, spotted owl, snail darter," types who believe the United Nation line that mankind is destroying the earth.

If our reps won't take action on this. We are doomed.
