2) Re: 2012 House Bill 5513 (Mandate expedited property tax appeals for 90 year olds ) by inform4 on April 11, 2012 HB 5513 is questionable and curious to say the least. Why does a person have to be 90 years old to be allowed to expedite an appeal within 120 days? Why not allow this for a person of 62 yrs. old and up or someone who has a loss of household income? Is this bill meant to favor a specific person who is a friend or family member of Rep. Holly Hughes?
