 Who pays for this when the state is broke?  Where do these liberal loons come up with this goof ball stuff?  We all know that liberals/progressives like big government and big taxes but somewhere it has to stop!  They don't mind as long as someone other than ethemselves is paying for all of this crap though.

 This is a complete WASTE !!


Additional aides and persons on the school bus are already provided for WHEN NEEDED by the IEP process.   Just putting them there for the sake of having them is useless.


Feel free to spend that money somewhere else it's needed in Michigan schools.

Oooh, that's a great idea.  More public school employees to pay for.  More union members funneling taxpayer dollars to the Democratic party.  


 


I'll admit that this could possibly be a workable idea, if there was a lower limit on the number of special ed students on the bus before the requirement kicked in.  Say, 5+.  But this bill, as written, would require a bus driver and an additional assistant on a short-bus with only one student.  That's just dumb.
