• Introduced by Sen. Howard Walker (R) on September 7, 2011, to revise the law that prohibits a beer, wine and liquor producer, wholesaler of vendor from having an ownership interest in a retail liquor license holder, or another vendor. The bill would allow small winemakers to have a “leasehold interest” in a retailer.
