1) Re: 2011 Senate Bill 470 (Preempt zoning ordinance gravel pit bans ) by dbrown on June 22, 2011Local Units of government such be allowed to control both Mining and waste sites so that they can protect the property values of their property owners. You are suppose to protect the rights of ALL property owners not just the owners Commercial and Industrial property.
